Adding a Cover Image to a Voice Card

Navigate to the Voice Page. There are 2 ways to set a cover image on a card:

  • Texting in an image

  • Uploading an image from your computer

Texting in an Image

  • When you text a photo into the board, the image is automatically:

    • Attached to the card

    • Set as the cover image

Note: Photos that are texted in will automatically be set as the cover image on a card

Uploading an Image from Your Computer

  • Create or open a card.

  • In the ๐Ÿ“Ž Attachments section on the right side of the card:

    • Use the file management tool to locate a file

    • Paste an image from your clipboard

    • Drag and drop an image file into the upload box

  • Once the image appears under the Attachments header:

    • Click the โ‹ฎ three-dot menu on the image

    • Select "Cover Image"

Note: Nearly all file types (such as audio, video, documents, and images) can be uploaded as attachments. However, only image types (jpg, png, gif, svg, etc.) can be set as card cover images.

The card will now display on the Voice Page with the uploaded image as its cover.

Removing a Cover Image

  • Select "Uncover Image" to stop using the image as a cover photo.
