Like an image file, a PDF can be added to a card. However, the PDF cannot be displayed or embedded on the card like an image. The attachment will be saved on the card and available for others to download and open on their own device.
navigate to the Voice Page
create a card
expand the card
click the 📎 Attachments Icon
select a file to attach
click
Attach
the attachment will appear on the card as a link to download and view
⭐️ NOTE: Nearly all file types (such as audio, video, documents, and images) can be uploaded as an attachment onto a card, but only image types (jpg, png, gif, svg, etc) can be embedded a cover image. PDFs cannot be embedded into a card.
PRO TIP: Take a screenshot of the first page of the PDF and upload that screenshot as an image. You can then set that image as the cover of the card to visually indicate to others what can be found as an attachment.
