Help me manage details related to huddles. How can I join a huddle remotely. Where do I put my zoom or google meets link for huddles?

Huddle Card Details Explained

Huddle information is prominently displayed ensuring all team members know when huddles are held.

  • Huddle Name - description of the huddle

  • Time - next time the huddle is held

  • Frequency - days of the week the huddle is held will be highlighted

  • Checkmark โœ“ - indicates a huddle was held on that day

  • Start Huddle - once clicked, this will start the huddle for all participants

  • Join Call - allows members to join a huddle remotely via a Zoom, Teams, or Google Meets link

  • Timer - when a huddle is started, a timer will appear to record the length of the huddle

The huddle card on the Today Page can display multiple huddles.
