Running a Huddle

You can start a huddle and optimize the experience for virtual team members by joining a meeting, sharing your screen, and recording the session โ€” all from the LENS board.

The following example is how to run a huddle with Microsoft Teams.

Starting a Huddle

  • Click Start Huddle

  • Click Join Call to open the meeting link (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).

  • Click Join Now to enter the meeting

Sharing Your Screen

  • Click the Open Share Tray icon (a box with an arrow pointing out).

  • Select Screen-share: Display/Window.

  • Click the Microsoft Edge tab.

  • Click the LENS tab.

  • A banner will appear at the top of LENS confirming your screen is being shared.

Recording the Meeting

  • Click the 3-dot menu.

  • Click Record Meeting.
