What does the "join call" button do? How do I huddle with virtual team members? What does a huddle look like with a Microsoft Teams Meeting?

Not only will you learn how to start a huddle, you see how you can optimize the huddle experience for virtual team members by joining a meeting, sharing your screen, and recording the meeting -- all from the LENS Board.

Begin Huddle:

  • click Start Timer

  • click Join Call - this button is a link to the meeting (in this case, a Microsoft Teams Meeting)

  • click Join Now

Share Screen:

  • click the Open Share Tray Icon which look like a box with an arrow pointing out

  • click the Screen-share: Display/Window option

  • click Microsoft Edge tab

  • click the LENS tab

  • a banner at the top of LENS will let you know that the screen is being shared

Start Recording

  • click the 3-dot menu

  • click Record Meeting
