Archive or Delete a Card

Permanently delete an issue card or less permanently archive cards on the Voice Page.

Archiving vs Deleting Cards

You can manage cards by either archiving or deleting them, depending on whether you may need to reference them in the future.

Archive

  • The card is sent to the Archives folder.

  • Archived cards can be restored.

  • Archived cards can optionally be included in reports and search results.

Delete

  • The card and all actions are permanently removed from the activity feed and reports.

  • Deleted cards cannot be re-opened.

  • There is no undo.

How to Archive a Card

  • Navigate to the Voice Page.

  • Locate the card you want to archive.

  • Select the ⋮ three-dot menu for more actions.

  • Click Archive Card.

How to Delete a Card

  • First, archive the card by following the steps above.

  • Click the << Chevron Menu.

  • Select "Archives"

  • Locate the card you want to delete.

  • Click Delete.

Best Practice

Whenever possible, archive instead of delete. Archiving allows you to preserve card history for reporting and future reference, while still keeping your Voice Page organized.
