<b>Archive</b>: Card will be sent to the Archives folder. These archived cards can be restored and they can optionally be included in reports and search results.

<b>Delete</b>: All actions will be removed from the activity feed and reports. You will not be able to re-open the card. There is no undo.

- navigate to the Voice Page
- locate a card to archive
- expand the 3 dot menu for more actions
- click <code>Archive Card </code>

expand the <code>&lt;&lt;</code> chevron menu

- select <code>Archives</code>
- locate the card you would like to delete
- select <code>DELETE</code>
