Aim Frameworks

Whether you're tackling a hospital-wide improvement project or guiding your team through a local effort, you'll find the team is excited and has lots of ideas to contribute. However, it can be a challenge to maintain that momentum and hold people accountable for following through.

Keep your project on track by making them highly visual and a natural part of your daily team rhythm.

Aim is just another word for "goal" or "initiative." When creating an Aim, users have 4 frameworks to choose from:

  • Driver Diagram

  • A3

  • Image Upload

  • Rich Text

Rich Text Aim

The Rich Text Framework provides flexibility and allows users to create PDSAs or POAM AIMS. Text can be formatted with different fonts, colors, and sizes. Charts and links can also be added.

  • Navigate to the Improvement Page

  • Click the three-dot menu on the top right of the screen

  • Select "Create Aim"

  • Select the "Rich Text Aim" type Aim
