Add a Due Date to a Card

How do I add a due date to my issue? How do I know the urgency or priority of a card?

Adding a Due Date to a Voice Card

Track a cardโ€™s progress by adding a due date.

  • By default, a card does not have a due date.

  • Once the card is marked as complete, the due date will be replaced with a completed date.

Add a Due Date from the Mini Card

Navigate to the Voice Page:

  • Hover over the card you want to update.

  • Click the ๐Ÿ“… calendar icon.

  • Select a date from the date selector.

Add a Due Date from the Expanded Card

  • Click the card to expand it.

  • Click the ๐Ÿ“… calendar icon in the top left corner.

  • Choose a date.

Overdue Cards

  • If a past date is selected, the card will be marked as Overdue.

  • The card will remain overdue until a future due date or a completed date is set.
