Setting a Default List on the Voice Page
The default list is marked with the 📥 inbox icon next to the list name. Any cards texted into the board without a hashtag will automatically be posted in this list.
Steps to Set a Default List
Navigate to the Voice Page:
Locate the list you want to designate as the default
Click the ⋮ three-dot menu to the right of the list name
Select "📥 Default List for New Cards"

Note: The default list does not have to be in the default tab. Cards texted or emailed into the board (without a hashtag) will be routed to the default list, regardless of the default tab setting.
Note: A list needs to be set as a default list at all times. In order to remove a list from being the default list, set another list as default!
