Assigning a Hashtag to a List
LENS Managers can assign a hashtag to a list. This allows users to text in cards from their phone and have them sent directly to that list.
Steps to Assign or Change a Hashtag
Navigate to the Voice Page:
Locate the list you want to update
Click the ⋮ three-dot menu of that list
Select "Edit List"
Enter the hashtag and click Save
How to Choose a Good Hashtag
Keep it short and memorable
Make sure it is unique (does not match a survey hashtag or another list hashtag)
Do not use special characters (such as apostrophes, dashes, or colons)
