navigate to the Voice Page
navigate to the tab under which you would like to create your new list
scroll to the very right
click on the
➕ Add a listbuttontype in the new list title and save
Remember to customize as you wish using the ⋮ 3 dot menu. Some common customizations include:
edit the list description
change the list color
auto label issues
add a hashtag
etc
