LENS Managers have the ability to assign a list a hashtag. This hashtag allows users to text in cards from their phone and have them sent directly to the list. Here are the steps to set or change a list's hashtag
navigate to the Voice Page
locate the list which you would like to set or change the hashtag of
select the ⋮ 3 dot menu of that list
select
Edit Listenter in the hashtag and save
How to choose a good hashtag:
short and memorable
unique (does not match a survey hashtag)
no special characters (such as apostrophes, dashes, or colons)
