The 👁️ Follow feature for lists helps you stay notified about card activity within a specific list.
Following a List
Navigate to the Voice Page
Locate the list you want to follow
Click the ⋮ three-dot menu for that list
Select 👁️ Follow
What Happens When You Follow a List
You will receive email notifications (based on your personal notification settings) when:
A card is added to the list
A card is moved into the list
Any action is taken on a card within that list
Other Ways to Follow Activity on the Voice Page
In addition to following a list, you can also follow a card or a label:
Follow a Card – receive notifications on any actions taken on that specific card
Follow a Label – receive notifications for all cards tagged with that label
