Following Labels
The 👁️ Follow feature for labels helps you stay notified about cards connected to a specific topic. When you follow a label, you’ll receive updates anytime a card with that label has activity.
A colored 👁️ icon to the right of the label name indicates that you are following it.
Follow a New Label
Navigate to the Voice Page.
Click the << Chevron menu in the top right corner of the page.
Expand the "Labels" menu.
Locate the label you want to follow.
Toggle on the 👁️ icon next to the label.
You’ll know you are following a label when the 👁️ icon is colored in.
What Happens When You Follow a Label
You will receive email notifications (based on your personal notification settings) about any actions taken on cards with that label.
Following a label applies across all boards you are a member of, not just one board.
Other Ways to Follow Activity on the Voice Page
In addition to following a label, you can also follow a card or a list:
Follow a Card – receive notifications on any actions taken on that specific card
Follow a List – receive notifications when a card is added, moved, or updated within that list
Troubleshooting
If you do not see the << Chevron menu on your Voice Page, click the three-dot menu, select "Filter", and scroll down to find "Labels".
Alternatively, try adjusting the zoom on your browser
