Email Notification Settings
Problem❌
You are not receiving any LENS notifications or you are receiving LENS notifications you do not want to receive.
Solution ✅
Confirm you email notification settings are customized as desired by navigating to the Settings page through your profile icon on the bottom left of the screen
Following - Toggle ON or OFF - Receive updates to any lists, issues, or actions you are following
Tracking - Toggle ON or OFF - Receive updates to any issues or actions you participate in as a reporter, creator, or team member
Frequency - Instantly, Once a Day, or Once a Week - Receive following/tracking email updates at this frequency.
Note: You do not receive notifications for actions you take yourself (example: adding yourself to a card).
Confirm if you are following any cards, lists or tabs in LENS by navigating to the Voice Page and looking at the three-dot menu of the selected item to see the "Follow" or "Unfollow" option
Note: By default, you are not following anything in LENS
For board access request notifications, navigate to the User Management page in the three-bar menu and search for yourself. Toggle ON or OFF the Approve Access permission
Note: If you do not have access to this page, a LENS board manager will need to grant you "Manager" access.
