How to adjust Email/Notifications settings:
Click your profile icon on the bottom left of the screen
Navigate to Settings
Adjust settings to your preference
Following - Toggle ON or OFF - Receive updates to any lists, issues, or actions you are following
Tracking - Toggle ON or OFF - Receive updates to any issues or actions you participate in as a reporter, creator, or team member
Frequency - Instantly, Once a Day, or Once a Week - Receive following/tracking email updates at this frequency.
⭐️ Note: you do not receive notifications for actions you take yourself. (ex: adding yourself to a card)
By default, you are not following anything on LENS.

If you are receiving updates but think you shouldn't be...
There is a chance a LENS Manager set a list to "Auto-Subscribe All Users".
This is a function given to Managers to ensure that all users stay updated on certain lists. If you don't think you should be getting notifications, speak with a LENS Manager and see if this might be the case.
