Incorrect Password Log in Error

Problem❌

When logging into LENS, the "Incorrect Password" error message is displayed

Solution

This error message indicates that the password entered does not match what is stored for the LENS board.

  • If your system utilizes Single Sign On, confirm you are entering your credentials in the correct location

  • Check the spelling of the email address

  • Check the spelling of the password by clicking on the eye icon at the end of the password field

  • If you are still having trouble logging in, you can click on the "Forgot your password" link and reset your password.
