Incorrect Password Log in Error

When logging into LENS, the "Incorrect Password" error message is displayed
Solution ✅
This error message indicates that the password entered does not match what is stored for the LENS board.
If your system utilizes Single Sign On, confirm you are entering your credentials in the correct location
Check the spelling of the email address
Check the spelling of the password by clicking on the eye icon at the end of the password field
If you are still having trouble logging in, you can click on the "Forgot your password" link and reset your password.
