How do I make a survey with more than one question?

  • navigate to the Surveys Page

  • click ➕ create survey on the top right

  • fill out the survey as normal

  • if you want to add another question, click the ➕ New Question button at the bottom of the page

Note: New questions can be added when creating a survey, but not when editing a survey that had already been made.
