Create a Multi-Question Survey
Navigate to the Surveys Page
Click ➕ Create Survey on the top right
Fill out the survey as normal
If you want to add another question, click the ➕ New Question button at the bottom of the page
Note: New questions can be added when creating a survey, but not when editing a survey that had already been made.
