If a survey is not completed, your number will remain in the survey loop for 24 hours or until you exit the survey loop. Sometimes you can become stuck in a survey loop without knowing it and only discover that is the case when you try to text a card into the board. This most commonly happens with multiple questions survey. To exit the survey and return back to texting in issues into the board, the solution is simple:

You will receive a text back from LENS saying Your answer has been cancelled.

Now you are free to text cards into the board! 🎉
