If a survey is not completed, your number will remain in the survey loop for 24 hours or until you exit the survey loop. Sometimes you can become stuck in a survey loop without knowing it and only discover that is the case when you try to text a card into the board. This most commonly happens with multiple questions survey. To exit the survey and return back to texting in issues into the board, the solution is simple.

You will receive a text back from LENS saying Your answer has been cancelled.

Now you are free to text cards into the board! 🎉
