All users (anonymous and identified) who text a card to the board will receive a link to a comment thread when another user comments on their card.

Any comment/chat added in the comment thread link will be posted publicly as a comment on the issue.

A new link will be created each time a comment is added to the issue card

If the reporter of the issue card is changed, all previous links to the issue card comments will expire.

Note: Links expire after 7 days, but if the user goes back to the link it'll prompt them to send a new link to their phone.

Note: Anonymous reporters will remain anonymous when commenting back using the link
