Texting has proven to be a transformative tool, enhancing our workflow in numerous ways. Individuals who have associated their phone numbers with their profiles now have the opportunity to engage with the "Text a Reporter" feature. Upon texting into the board, a card is automatically generated, and the user's identity is preserved under the designation of "Anonymous." This feature ensures a seamless and confidential means of communication for our users.

You can tell if a card has been submitted via SMS by expanding the card and looking at its description. It will read "From SMS".

A person can then expand the card and comment reply to the reporter in the comments section. This will show up in the Comments section of the card.

Once someone has replied in the comments section, the reporter of the card is then texted a unique link in which they can use to view or reply and add additional information. This will then display in the Comments section in the expanded card. In the example below, "undefined" will be the person who commented on the card.

Note: Links expire after 7 days, but if the user goes back to the link it'll prompt them to send a new link to their phone.
