LENS Support

A System Level Announcement is a specific update card that populates across all units of the system. 

Specific users can be given permission to edit the system level announcement. A request for these permissions must be submitted through LENS Support at <a href="mailto:LENSsupport@safeandreliablecare.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">LENSsupport@safeandreliablecare.com</a> or the Help button. You will know you have editing permissions if you see a three-dot menu on the top right of the system announcement.

Just like a regular update, a System Announcement requires a title and can include images, videos, rich text as you see fit. ​ Anytime you edit and update an announcement, it will move to the top left of the Today Page.
