System Level Announcements

How can I edit system announcements? Can I send an update to all users in my system or facility? How can i place content on all boards?

A System Level Announcement is a specific update card that populates across all units of the system. Each unit within the system has the option of toggling it on or off by a LENS Manager from the "rearrange panels" menu. Identify the System Announcement by it's SYSTEM label on the bottom left of the card.

Specific users can be given permission to edit the system level announcement. A request for these permissions must be submitted through LENS Support at LENSsupport@safeandreliablecare.com or the help button. You will know you have editing permissions if you see a 3-dot menu on the top right of the system announcement.

Just like a regular update, a System Announcement requires a title and can include images, videos, rich text as you see fit.

Anytime you edit and update an announcement, it will move to the top left of the Today Page.
