Under Mobile Settings, locate SMS

Click the SMS toggle to turn identification on

When SMS identification is enabled, the toggle will display in blue

Changes to the SMS setting are automatically saved

Once enabled, your LENS profile will be associated with Voice Cards you text into the board and Survey responses you submit by SMS. The setting applies to future Cards and Survey responses submitted to the board’s phone number.

Note: Changes to SMS identification do not apply retroactively. Cards and Survey responses submitted anonymously will remain anonymous if SMS identification is enabled later.
