A list set to be only visible to LENS Managers is denoted with the 👤 profile icon to the right of the list name.
navigate to the Voice Page
locate the list which you would like to designate for LENS Managers only
select the ⋮ 3 dot menu of that list
select
👤 Limit to managers
Now the list is only viewable by users who have their role set as LENS Managers
