Creating a Voice Card by Text Message
Each board has an associated phone number that allows users to submit cards via SMS. You can find this phone number in the top header of the Voice Page.

When a message is sent to the board’s phone number:
Any text or images sent will appear as a new card on the board
By default, cards are posted in the Default List, which is identified with this icon:

Simply text your message or send an image to the board’s phone number
The card will automatically post to the Default List

Sending to a Specific List
You can also send issues to other lists by including a list hashtag in your message.
Prepend the hashtag to your text message (for example:"
#welcome
We have a new staff member joining us next Monday!")
The card will post directly to the list associated with that hashtag

Note: When texting a card in with a hashtag, there needs to be a message or image sent with the hashtag for the card to be created on the Voice Page.
