Columns Identification. How do I change a workflow state of a list officially for reporting?

LENS Managers have the ability to assign workflow states to lists:

  • 💡 Identified

  • ✨ In Progress

  • ✔️ Completed

No matter what you choose to name your list, your list can be assigned one of these workflow state. This feature is extremely helpful for reporting purposes! Additionally, cards moved to "completed" lists will automatically be given a completed date.

  • navigate to the Voice Page

  • select the 3-dot menu of the list you would like to assign a workflow state

  • select ⚙️ Edit list status

  • select a workflow status (Identified, In Progress, or Completed)

  • click Save
