Error Message During Log In: "User Not Found"

Problem❌

When logging in, error message "User not found" is displayed

Solution

The email address entered does not exist in the system.

  • If your system utilizes Single Sign On, confirm you are entering your credentials in the correct location

  • Check the spelling of the email address

  • Reach out to your unit facilitator to create a user account for you.
