Create a QR Code for the Voice Page
Navigate to the Admin Page from the three-bar menu in the top left corner of LENS
Locate the Voice Page QR Code section
Click to expand the section
Click the Generate QR Code button
Once generated, the QR code will be available for use across your board.
Understanding QR Code Availability
The QR code is unit-specific, meaning it is tied to the individual board where it was created
Each QR code expires 1 year after it is generated
A new QR code will need to be generated after expiration to continue use
What Happens Next
After generating the QR code:
The QR code can be accessed from the Today Page, Voice Page, and Kiosk Mode
Users can expand and scan the QR code directly from these pages
The QR code can be downloaded or printed for use around your unit
Note: Post printed QR codes in visible, high-traffic areas such as nurse stations, break rooms, or team huddle spaces.
Tip: Share the QR code digitally (such as in a PDF or email) to make it easily accessible for staff across shifts or locations.
