Accessing the QR Code
Navigate to the Admin Page from the three-bar menu in the top left corner of LENS
Locate the Voice Page QR Code section
Click to expand the section
If a QR code has not yet been created:
Click the Generate QR Code button
Downloading or Printing the QR Code
Once a QR code has been generated:
Click the Print QR Code button
In the modal that appears, choose one of the following options:
To download:
Click the Download QR Code button
A PDF will automatically download to your device
To print:
Click the Print option
Your device’s print dialog will open
Select your printer and print the QR code
Understanding QR Code Expiration
Each QR code expires 1 year after it is generated
If a QR code is deleted and regenerated, a new code is created
This means:
Any previously downloaded or printed QR codes will no longer work after expiration or regeneration
Printed posters and shared PDFs must be updated with the new QR code
Note: Always replace posted or shared QR codes after generating a new one to ensure staff can successfully submit Voice Cards.
