Voice Page QR Code Implementation

How to implement the full QR Code feature on the Voice Page

Implementation Checklist

  • Opt-In: This feature is off and invisible by default. To start using it, have a LENS manager email us at LENSsupport@safeandreliablecare.com or click the Help button on your LENS board.

  • Once the feature is enabled through LENS Support, navigate to the Admin Settings, and click "Generate QR Code"

  • Once the QR code is generated, a QR code icon will be available on the bottom right corner of the Voice Page, the Today Page, and Kiosk Mode.

  • The QR codes can also be printed from the Admin Page and made accessible in more places than the physical board.

How It Works

  • User Experience: Users scan the code to view the mobile Voice Card submission form. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), users can log in seamlessly to access full formatting and tagging capabilities while still opting to submit anonymously.

  • Security: For your security, generated QR codes will automatically expire one year from their creation date.

  • Continuity: This does not replace your existing email or SMS workflows; it is a supplemental tool to provide your team with more flexibility.
