Understanding Card Activity

Each card in LENS has its own activity feed that records all actions and interactions. This allows you to monitor changes and, if needed, manually undo actions on a card. There is no undo button in LENS, but the activity feed provides a full history of updates.

Viewing Activity on a Card

  • Navigate to the Voice Page.

  • Select and expand the card you want to view.

  • Click Show Activity to open the card’s activity feed.

  • To close the feed, click Hide Activity.

The activity feed is located directly beneath the expanded card.

What the Activity Feed Records

The following actions are tracked in the activity feed:

  • Board name, Tab name and List name the card was created under

  • Card title and description changes

  • Changing or adding a due date, label, reporter, and team member

  • Linking or unlinking an Aim

  • Adding or removing a flag for leadership

  • Adding or removing from Kiosk Mode

  • Adding or removing a card status

  • Moving a card between lists and tabs

  • Archiving and restoring a card
