Undoing an Escalation

After confirming to escalate a card, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom left corner of LENS.

Using the Undo Option

  • The confirmation message includes an option to Undo.

  • Click Undo to stop the card from escalating to the receiving board.

If the Undo Message Is No Longer Available

  • Once the message disappears, the card has already moved to the receiving board.

  • A LENS Manager on the receiving board can de-escalate the card back to the originating board.
