Undoing an Escalation
After confirming to escalate a card, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom left corner of LENS.
Using the Undo Option
The confirmation message includes an option to Undo.
Click Undo to stop the card from escalating to the receiving board.
If the Undo Message Is No Longer Available
Once the message disappears, the card has already moved to the receiving board.
A LENS Manager on the receiving board can de-escalate the card back to the originating board.
