LENS Managers have the ability to de-escalate cards back to the originating board.
navigate to the Voice Page
locate the escalated card you'd like to de-escalate (indicated by the red hand wave icon)
expand the escalated card by clicking it
expand the
Escalated Fromdrop down near to top right of the cardselect
De-escalateremember to to confirm the action on the confirmation message
The de-escalated card will be removed from the current board and placed back into the default list of the escalating team board.
