De-Escalating a Card
LENS Managers can de-escalate cards back to the originating board.
Steps to De-Escalate a Card
Navigate to the Voice Page:
Locate the escalated card you’d like to de-escalate (indicated by the red ✋ hand wave icon).
Click the card to expand it.
Expand the "Escalated From" dropdown near the top right of the card.
Click De-escalate.
Confirm the action in the confirmation message.
What Happens Next
The de-escalated card will be:
Removed from the current board.
Placed back into the default list of the originating team board.
