Viewing Escalated Cards
Cards that have been escalated from your board will appear in the Escalated Cards Sidebar on the Voice Page.
Accessing the Escalated Cards Sidebar
The sidebar will automatically open when a card is escalated.
You can also open it manually by selecting the "Escalated Cards" button on the Voice Page.
Escalated Cards on Receiving Boards
For boards receiving escalated cards:
Escalated cards will appear in the default list.
A red ✋ hand wave icon in the top right corner identifies the card.
Resolved Escalated Cards
Once resolved, escalated cards can be:
Manually moved to the View History section of the Escalated Cards Sidebar.
Accessed later from the View History section for reference.
